Loud, gritty and unassailable, Angel's is the perfect rock bar for posers. It's not completely sanitized, the chainmail decor is real enough and the Titanium-meltingly hot bar staff is definitely authentic, but maybe its because of its location in the heart of the touristy area of town that degrades a bit of Angel's street cred. Either way it's still one of the few venues to with live rock acts and Pantera in heavy rotation.
