Located on the ground floor of the salmon-hued Edgewater Beach Apartments Building, this eccentric shop is like a 1920s-time warp, serving coffee, pie, ice cream and flower-shop findables like stuffed animals, gift baskets, and, well, flowers. Opened in 1927, the place may be old-school with a staff as sweet as your grandma, but when a black cow is five bucks, the prices, unfortunately, are not.
