For those sick of the nasty sudsy flavors that Quilmes does so well, Antares hooks up locally-brewed ales, stouts, lagers, pilsners and other delicious seasonal varieties in a buzzing, warehouse-like joint. Extra-long bar and tiny tables in the front are always packed, while big groups hit the back. Bar food is plentiful and pairs perfectly with different flavors of beer. Ask for the tasting menu of tiny, Lego-sized mugs first before deciding on an adult-sized pint. Outdoor seating a nice spot to check out Palermites and tourists whiile having a pint on warmer days.
