My Message here Anteprima Anteprima gets the Andersonville atmosphere dead-on: intimate table seating in muted light, the perfect date spot with a new European feel. With a limited Italian menu and seating that fills up by early evening and usually stays full until close, it seems to have no problem thriving just doors away from old-school Italian spot Calo. But where Calo brings it big and unhealthy the way Chicagoans like it -- lots of oven-baked cheese and doggie bags -- Anteprima goes slightly more artisan with smaller portions. Wine and dessert here are a must; may we recommend the sublime panna cotta? http://www.blackbookmag.com/guides/details/anteprima
