BlackBook Lowdown

Greek is the new Italian? High-end Midtown scene once helmed by Michael Psilakis. Strong in seafood: marlin tartar, cod with whipped feta, turbot and olive tzatziki. Name means “blossoming,” elaborate floral arrangements add color to otherwise stripped-down white-on-white room. Leans corporate by day, dowdy by night, as befits the address. Lots of expense-account fodder in $6 coffees, $17 soups.
