This modern bistro is the brainchild of Patrizia, Domenico and Maurizio of Il Bacaro fame, who wanted to construct a light and linear space to enjoy updated traditional Italian gastronomy. The experimental and stunning plates hover around favorites from the Marche, Calabria and Sicilia regions of Italy. The risotto Castelmagno, Petto d'anatera and fresh pasta are to die for. Over 1,200 bottles of wines can be paired with your meal.
