Denver » Restaurant » Washington Park » Ethiopian
Some restaurants are a family affair. Arada takes "family restaurant" to another clannish level. The waitstaff is mainly related, and the recipe book comes straight out of an Ethiopan mama's brain. Flourescent lights flicker and crowds of assorted finger-food lovers bicker over plush, holey injera and mind-boggling stews. Don't bother if you haven't fasted beforehand: Arada's portions are truly king-sized. And don't leave without sampling the fragrant, suprisingly stimulating greens.
