Whistler's fine dining original, Araxi was golden long before anyone imagined getting the games. Warm, Tuscan hues and exquisitely professional service fill the dining room, adjacent bar and seasonal terrace with life. Like sister restaurants West, Blue Water and CinCin, hearty meats get the royal treatment, shellfish and seafood burst with freshness that pairs perfectly with spectacular champagne vintages, and Chef James Walt's knockout flavors are podium-worthy by any standards. There's even a cookbook to bring a bit of this heaven back to your kitchen.
