It’s a little bit LA, a little bit New York, vibe feels celeb-spotty, but who's there to see in Seattle? Paul Allen? Mixology is full force, with outstanding drinks - this is the Four Seasons, after all - some with egg yolks, and all come with a silvery tray of wasabi beans and nuts. The glasses are statuesque: some oblong, others sparkling, but the view doesn't match the price: you’d get better shot at the water from a restaurant at nearby Pike Place Market.
