High concept indeed: an ephemeral table has been lifted by crane onto the roof of the Palais de Tokyo. The arty trailor, called Nomiya and designed by artist Laurent Grasso, welcomes a dozen diners for lunch (€60) and dinner (€80), with Momofuku Ko-style online reservations. The time limited concept - called Art Home and pronounce "arôme" - entails a unique menu from chef Gilles Stassart to match each new seating. Copious wine pairings are part of the deal, as are the truly extrordinary Eiffel Tower views.
