Contemporary, seasonal cuisine from the kitchen of Chef Tony Miller.  Hand picked local and mostly organic ingredients provide eclectic options with a fresh spin on old time favorites. Crispy chicken and waffles, with benton's bacon waffle, sweet corn, and maple crema are a case in point, or maybe lemongrass scented mussels accented with chilies, lime, garlic, and cilantro.  Locals and hotel guests are frequent customers and many a business meeting has taken place over lunch here.
