Marcel Wanders' design meets Chef Jeffrey Chodorow's dinner-nightlife dynasty. Calamari Salad "Asia de Cuba" (chayote, hearts of palm, banana, cashews, chicory and radicchio in a sesame orange dressing) is the much-talked about favorite with good reason. Most consistently top-notch food/service combo you'll ever get. Prepare to drink and eat slowly, and spend big.
