Under-the-radar restaurant on a tiny street near République serving well-plated and seasonal French dishes. The market-inspired ardoise changes frequently, so there’s always something new coming along the eponymous “wire of the seasons.” Seven hour confit de canard is topped with a slab of melty foie gras, and the fricassée of pigeon with porcini cream sauce is a great way to take revenge on the bird. Tiny breads come en brochette from the house oven, and a palette of homemade ice cream provides the right finish. Fresh and imaginative, service with personality. Dinner menus at €28 (2 plates) and €35 (all 3), lunch for €17. Closed for lunch (open for dinner) on Saturday and Sunday.
