The tourists who are huffing up the Montmartre staircases outside rarely stumble in to this dive bar gem. Sandwiched smack between Abbesses and the Sacre Coeur, this joint has somehow managed to remain entirely local. Maybe it's the rickety furniture, the swarms of cooler-than-thou locals, and the smell of stale beer. Whatever - it's working and we're glad.
