Editorial Review

Get a massive dose of 19th century charm at this cozy inn overlooking the old port. Each creaky wooden floorboard has a secret to tell and if these stone walls could talk they'd tell torrid tales of history and romance. 27 intimate and elegant rooms perched above cobblestone streets and the Saint Lawrence river offer a respite from the throngs of snap-happy day-trippers below. Despite being located smack-dab in Touristville, the auberge is blissfully devoid of all tackiness and cheese unless it comes on a platter at Narcisse, the hotel's wine bar.
