When Citarella left the Water Mill Shops, it left a gaping hole next to the Blockbuster (which, of course, will never leave). Local wine merchants Mike and Sandy Degenaro and Muse chef-owner Matt Guiffrida seized the opportunity to open their own version of a epicurean emporium, offering produce, seafood, prime meats, and prepared food as well as the gourmet accoutrements one absolutely needs to make any voyage further east.
