Dried fruits, olives, preserved lemon and almonds are winning flavor combos. Couscous steamed eight hours, chicken bastilla, saffron guinea hen, rhubarb galette dessert all rule. Five-course tasting menu a good deal at $39. Worth the drive, so bring your peoples and come hungry.
