Bolton-Hill Bistro, better known as just B is almost as enigmatic as the name suggests. It's a pretty bold move to absconce with the 2nd letter of the alphabet to be used exclusively for your own devices, yet somehow B makes it work. Their goal is to be an accessible upscale bistro, but apparently their accessiblity is more geographic than financial. Still try the lamb, it's worth it.
