There's something about descending a few stairs that makes a bar seem that much cooler. If the B Bar at The Betsy were above ground, we're not sure they'd be able to get away with charging as much as they do for their masterfully mixed cocktails. Old school in an Employees Only sort of way, B Bar is a boozy, sophisticated spot if you can find it. And if you can afford it.
