Vegas-like glass cellar of vino against lofty exposed brick and timber depicts heady days before dot-com bust. Suckling pig, pancetta-wrapped quail and other Mediterranean-influenced specials still hold forth. Best bet: Oysters, small plates, a nice glass of Bordeaux.
