Tri-level pantheon of wine. Devoted cultists still come for spectacular list, but financially-challenged masses can’t afford it no mo'. Vegas-like glass cellar of vino against lofty exposed brick and timber depicts heady days before dot-com bust. Suckling pig, pancetta-wrapped quail and other Mediterranean-influenced specials still hold forth. Best bet: Oysters, small plates, a nice glass of Bordeaux.
