Jade Jagger is a regular at this outdoor grill on Ibiza's north side on the restaurant mile that connects Ibiza town with the northern village of San Juan and leads to the whitewashes hamlet of the same name. This family run restaurant offers sweet meat dishes grilled over an open log fire, which only burns olive, almond and algarroba wood giving the meat its unique and special flavour.
