Smartly dressed in southeast Asian wooden furnishings, this stylish restaurant opened in Spring 2008 - bringing some new tastes of Asia to Shanghai. Bambou fuses popular Vietnamese, Cambodian and Laotian cuisines and gives the dishes a stylish contemporary twist. The dishes range from sweet and spicy to gently fiery, but the seasoning never overpowers the distinctive Indochine flavors
