Baoguette

Editorial Review

Michael Bao is trying to become the Lex Luthor of bánh mì. Doesn't hurt that the economy sucks, and a $5 pulled pork sub is borderline irresistible. Somewhat eat-in-friendly vibe. Menu additions include Bao's accessible gourmet spins on phở soup and noodle dishes. Also appetizers like Vietnamese crepes with pork belly and shrimp, house-made lemongrass sausage, and grilled corn on the cob dusted with dried shrimp.
