For architecture and design afficianados, this is the first LEED-certified Gold building from architects Aidlin Darling Design, re-using existing elements from the original warehouse site including the corrugated metal exterior. For cocktail afficianados, this is a damn good place to have a drink. Clever garden rises up to a surprisingly large interior space, usually occupied with bespeckled ad or tech types. The Rhum Punch is a beautiful cocktail, not-too-sweet, with a yellow golden color for only $9. Tomato salad, squash fritters and roasted quail are each worthy accompaniments.
