Editorial Review

What happens when two experienced bar owners open the kind of bar that they would actually want to go to? It instantly becomes a local favorite, of course. Owners Kevin Heisner and Matt Eisler (Empire Liquors and Angels & Kings) have designed DeVille in the scope of a comfortable dive bar, but maybe more the kind you'd come across in Prague. Flea-market furniture, a free pool table, friendly bartenders and a vintage photo booth keep the place packed, even on weeknights. Classic martinis and good local brews on tap cinch the deal.
