Inspired by a trip to Barcelona, chef Joe Miller of the beloved Joe’s in Venice opened up Santa Monica’s first authentic tapas bar. The cozy—or cramped—place seats just 30, on hardwood stools. The front window opens up to allow food to be passed to the people sitting outside. The only thing missing is a dozen more hams hanging from the ceiling. Nibble on small bites or commit to seafood paella.
