Tangential GoWo location, between the Maryland Regiment's final resting place and the el of the F. Feels like it could be in Europe, though, with simple, elegant black tables and acres of pressed tin. Bar Toto spin-off almost as much bar as resto, with fatty selection of draft beer and Italian wine. Kitchen does well with bruschette, americo burgers, and thin, lightly charred pizzas. We're loving on the short ribs, too. Service can be laconic, but then it's hard to get good help out in the industrial wasteland. Good choice for Bell House tailgates.
