Barlo

Editorial Review

Hotel Erwin in Venice just got even better. As in bacon-caramel burger better. Chef Jason Wiggins is behind the menu at this small lobby-adjacent restaurant in the base of the popular hotel. Local ingredients, organic and humane meat dishes and artisan cocktails abound in the reclaimed wood dining room. In addition to bacon-caramel on your burger, look out for it on popcorn, and probably on your brain for days after.
