Barton Springs Saloon

Editorial Review

This converted gas station has a double identity. Out front where the gas pumps used to be, smokers get lost in the buzz of traffic. Sports nuts dominate the sleek interior. There's a pool table. ESPN is on the big screen. Does that guy at the end of the bar look familiar? He was the bartender at the bar you started out at before coming here. The serving of service people is generally a good sign of a generous pour for all.
