B.B. King Blues Club & Grill

Editorial Review

Hey man, is that freedom rock? Well turn it up, man. Midtown tourist trap where you're most likely to catch an Average White Band reunion tour, Saxon, Stryper, or maybe an Eagles tribute thing. Not that you can't see something amazing here (The Blasters, say, or Irma Thomas), but you'll have to pick your way through the booking minefield carefully. Sound is decent, sightlines less so. Separate soul food operation Lucille's Grill. Gospel brunches pack 'em in on Sunday mornings.
