BlackBook Lowdown

Flip a bitch at the Dutch windmill and voila. Tourist attraction notable mainly for location at western edge of Golden Gate Park, across from Ocean Beach. Cool 1930s WPA frescoes of working men and women near entrance and turn-of-the century artifacts. Knock ’em dead views of Pacific (arrive before sunset), good microbrews, but average, overpriced food for mostly out-of-towners. Adjoining Park Chalet lawn's a slice of heaven on warm weekends.
