Beacon Street Tavern

Editorial Review

Dark, cozy and plush, this bistro and lounge in Brookline definitely does its best to class up the Fenway neighborhood. Low candlelight and secluded, high backed modern design bomb booths and a chill lounge in back offer plenty of spots to get next to someone. Décor makes up in comfort and style what the overly ambitious menu lacks. Good music (dub to twee), cute staff and a 2 am closing time on weekends trump food every time anyway.
