BlackBook Lowdown

Santos peeps unleash the beast in basement digs wayyy downtown. Julien Asfour on decks, creme-de-la-hipsteratti marches down narrow, extra long, brick-lined hallway that empties into high-ceilinged, retina-pleasing, sweaty dance party. At its best when the organic resto winds down upstairs and the Ryan McGinley entourage completes the upstairs-downstairs loop ad nauseum. Complimentary shots from the Icelandic Heidi Klum-lookalike waitress make the kids go bananas.
