Beckley Brewhouse

Editorial Review

This unpretentious, cozy spot is both coffee shop and neighborhood restaurant. With free Wi-fi and a large patio, you're as likely to see mid-day bloggers as happy-hour hounds (they have $3 draft and $4 wells daily from 4-7 p.m.). The plasma TV hanging over the fireplace adds to the cosy vibe--it is small in there and it can be hard to find a table during peak hours. Bummer. But it's well worth the crowd to visit with Kessler Park owners Ron and Corinna Wills while eating sipping a Mochatini (vodka, caffeine and chocolate) or eating wood-fired pizza.
