Beehive

Editorial Review

Bustling, boho restaurant and bar takes its name from 1920s Parisian artist's colony. Located at the Boston Center for the Arts, two levels split the difference between gallery, studio and theater.  Explosion of detailed ornamentation, plush velvet curtains, sleek surfaces and and industrial chic. Live jazz, cabaret and burlesque turn the already artsy vibe up to eleven. Precious as a performance artist perhaps, but a totally appealing unique hot spot nonetheless.
