Cozy library-themed Midtown East bar (so far east, you might need a visa to get there). Sister property to go-to cigar bars Lexington Bar & Books and Hudson Bar & Books, except this one's got a dress code. Seriously. No sneaks, no jeans, jackets preferred. Trying to establish the capital-C Class by chipping away at some customers (ask for a free drink at one of the sister properties as you get turned away). Drinks are cigar-bar pricey, as are cigars, but you're here to splurge, so why the hell not? It's a celebration, bitches. And then it’s tootaloo off to the dry cleaners.
