Cheesy chain fun in a a campy and kitschy sort of way, the chain restaurant's slicing and dicing might be most entertaining in the context of Rocky's tabloid legacy. Don't expect to see DJ Aoki or Devon in this mall-tastic steakhouse and chef show, but appreciate that all this made them possible. As soon as the first shrimp flies through the air you can stop pretending to be cool and ironic.
