Normally we wouldn't suggest you order liver and onions, but at this new chop house directed by Benny Siddu (Volare) and Chef Jonathan Lane (Four Seasons executive sous chef), the liver and onions are foie gras with caramelized onions, pork belly and a Meyer lemon chutney. Other American steak house classics run down the menu like aged prime Allen Brothers steaks, prime beef and seafood, but it's the nice twists and the expansive (top-notch) cocktails that set Benny's apart from other plush-booth-rich-walls-excellent-service steak houses in the city.
