A West End favourite since 1916, Bentley’s has only been improved since Michelin-starred chef Richard Corrigan started prising open the shells in the 1990s. The dining room has been spruced up, though the historic, Arts & Crafts surroundings have been maintained, and the super-fresh seafood – crab, lobster, Dover sole and, of course, oysters – is as wonderful as ever.
