Thierry Blanqui’s gastro-bistro is another popular culinary destination in the rising 15th. Take one look at the worn ardoise and you can tell the menu changes frequently, but the preparation stays consistently flawless and the presentation exquisite. Look for the seared scallops bathing in a brown butter-lettuce sauce, seared tuna with tomato marmalade and cilantro puree, and brie stuffed with dried fruit. Lunch formulas at 19/24€ and 32/40€ at night. Closed Sunday and Monday.
