Coiffed mobsters dine beside bankers, brokers and bleach-blonde, Julie, thrilled to be visiting from Illinois. It's a lush cream dream. That certain 'je ne sais quoi' is the combination of huge cabernets, osso buco with homemade ravioli and partons with a lot of cold, hard cash.
