After much-anticipated renovations, the venerable Toulà has now reopened its doors with a splendid array of samplings from every single region in Italy. Start it off right with the Insalata Toulà, then progress to one of the incredible, rustic-style pasta or meat Secondi and conclude with about five of their mind-boggling desserts.
