Despite owner's size issue, his beachfront shanty of much repute is good for cold beer kickbacks for crowds of beach bums pounding cerveza and getting chummy on two outdoor patios. Some real characters among the parched tourists and the last of the wave-battered Monicans. Closes at 10pm, so stumble to Rusty's Surf Ranch on the Pier for more divey fun and some good local live tunes. Cheapest Bud this close to the sand.
