Their motto says it all - burgers, beer, and BBQ. On the second floor in Snowmass mall steps from the hill. Open from 7am to 2am, Hoss serves up all 3 meals with highlights like trout and eggs to the Chihuahua Burger. It is a BBQ joint at heart though, so make sure the Kansas City Pulled Pork plate is ordered by at least one person. 5 flat screens pumping ESPN all day makes lunch a possible day-ender. 2 Happy Hour times (4-6pm and 8-10pm) leaves plenty of time to sample the plentiful beer and cocktail selection.
