Big Mama's Rib Shack

Stashed in a former fast food joint in North Las Vegas, Big Mama's offers little to no atmosphere for the eyes, but is a full trip down-home for the epicurian in all of us. Southern classics like fried chicken, fried catfish, barbecue, and chitlins are accompanied by the full range of sides from greens to okra to mac n' cheese. And like any southern joint worth their salt (and the salt's aplenty): save room for the red velvet cake!
