Bill's Bar & Burger

Editorial Review

Steve Hanson empire gets a burger entry. Old-time roadhouse atmosphere, a little contrived, although the way west site has sketchy legitimacy. Burger is the main show, an obligatory Pat LaFrieda proprietary blend, pressed, topped with a toasted roll, packed with flavor. Grease-pit alternatives like hot dogs wrapped in bacon. Indeed. Order up a microbrew, revel in the comfort food glory.
