Glamorous 1931 mainstay where Rita Hayworth once kicked up her gams, now host to SuperBooty and the Brian Setzer Orchestra. Bartenders wear tuxedoes and red velvet drapes the walls, but civility rules and the crowd plays nice. Give your girl 50 bucks for the powder room—she'll know what it means.
