Bin 36

Editorial Review

A restaurant that’s nothing less than a temple to all things vino: equal parts winebar, cellar and school, minus the snot. The enormous loft’s hardwood floors, tables and wineracks give the effect of dining at a pre-grand-opening Crate & Barrel where all is space, light, cleanliness. Choose a wine flight or let the servers pick a companion for that peppercorn-crusted swordfish. They’re kind enough to let you believe you could go it alone if you had to, and fast enough to guarantee a 36-minute lunch (or it’s free).
