Biscuits and Blues

business thumbnail

Editorial Review

Basement level blues club hosting blue bands from the lower 48 and beyond. Union Square location means it caters mainly to pasty tourists, but wise locals are hip to the booking agent’s abilities. First flaky biscuits and fried chicken, then Lavay Smith and Her Red Hot Skillet Lickers blowing your mind. Nuthin’ wrong with that. Happy hour jam sessions Fri-Sun from 3:30 to 6:30 with free live music and cheap drinks. Boo yah.
