Located just on the outer limits of Yorkville, Bistro 990 is easily one of Toronto's most established restaurants. For many, this is event dining, if only because of all the bold-faced names who've been spotted at this ultimate see-and-be-seen scene. One of the last basdtion's of Yorkville's fading TIFF supremacy.
